Role Overview:
- The Global Server, Storage, & Backup Manager leads enterprise infrastructure operations across a global technology environment.
- This role ensures reliability, security, and performance of critical compute and data protection platforms.
- The position partners closely with cybersecurity, cloud, networking, and business teams to deliver resilient solutions.
Key Accountabilities:
- Oversee lifecycle management of Windows Server, Linux, virtualization, storage, and backup technologies.
- Establish operational standards, procedures, and service management practices while monitoring infrastructure health and capacity.
- Lead major incident response, root cause analysis, and corrective actions; manage vendors and service providers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience; U.S. citizenship with active Secret Clearance.
- 12+ years supporting enterprise infrastructure and 5+ years leading teams; experience with Windows Server, Linux, VMware, and storage solutions.
- Strong understanding of IT service management frameworks, cybersecurity standards (NIST, CMMC), and cloud platforms like Azure.
