Lead Financial Crime Operations Analyst

The Lead Financial Operations Analyst is the line manager to a diverse team of 6-8 financial crime subject matter experts. Their work spans four core pillars in our Financial Crime Operations team - Retail Anti-Money Laundering, Retail Screening, Business Financial Crime, and Law Enforcement Liaison. You’ll be responsible for agreeing the team’s goals and roadmap, prioritising and allocating work, and ensuring they are well supported, developed, and trained. You'll need strong investigatory skills, an intimate understanding of the changing financial crime landscape in the UK, and experience leading and developing highly skilled teams. Your day-to-day involves monitoring the day-to-day performance of the Operations Analyst team, ensuring our financial crime operations teams are equipped with effective Guru guidance and processes, leading the team to complete timely investigations on our most complex cases, and supporting the Senior Operations Managers in developing and implementing operational improvements.
