Job Description
As a Sales Engineer, you will partner with Account Executives in a pre-sales technical role, showcasing Appspace product solutions, setting up demonstrations, and explaining features and benefits to customers and partners. You'll also collaborate with Customer Success and Enhanced Services teams as a post-sales subject matter expert, driving account expansion through feature demonstrations, client use case consultation, and custom project scoping. The role requires a deep understanding of customer business needs to define tailored solutions, ensuring scalability and flexibility for future requirements.
A typical day involves providing technical and sales support, leading technical aspects of sales, performing presentations, and developing sales plans. You will act as an SME for ongoing implementations, collaborating with Enhanced Services and Customer Success teams to ensure successful outcomes. The role also entails building relationships, staying updated on competitive solutions, and contributing to account and partner development.
