Summary Responsibilities:
- Configure, optimize, and own the scheduling tools.
- Manage open tickets, support project work, and translate operational decisions.

What You'll Do:
- Review and work open tickets for our client teams.
- Configure and maintain Epic scheduling tools including ticket generation rules.
- Provide technical guidance to schedulers, clinic staff, and contact center teams.
