Insurance Coverage Litigation Attorneys

Seeking litigation attorneys with a minimum of 2 years of experience in first party insurance/extra contractual/coverage for our Denver office. Candidates should have experience with litigation involving first party property claims, UM/UIM claims, Colorado bad faith law, coverage disputes and insurance agents/brokers. The position involves engagement in complex litigation in both state and federal court and an opportunity for professional development, and may be eligible for part-time work or a reduced-hours schedule. Candidates must be self-starters who are able to manage their time between several matters while producing consistently good work product. Candidates must have strong academic credentials, proven skills in writing, research and litigation experience. Colorado Bar licensure is required.
