What You’ll Do:
- Set technical direction for foundational services powering NodeZero’s customer and partner experiences.
- Partner with Engineering, Product, and business leaders to shape priorities and make tradeoffs across security, reliability, and speed.
What You’ll Bring:
- Deep experience with backend services or multi-tenant SaaS platforms and strong architectural judgment.
- Track record of technical impact, mentorship, and earning trust with senior partners.
What Sets You Apart:
- Experience with MSP/MSSP models, account hierarchies, RBAC, or licensing and entitlements.
- Hands-on experience with Python, Go, AWS, PostgreSQL, GraphQL, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Compensation and Perks:
- Base salary range $255,000 - $295,000 annually plus equity.
