Clinical Engineering Accounting Associate

This position is responsible for full accounts payable processing for the Clinical Engineering Department. Essential Functions include performing data entry of all AP Invoices as well as PO matching for assigned vendors, uploading accounts payable invoices from various sources into invoice logger for payment processing, and reconciling vendor statements. The role also involves working with vendors on invoice issues, setting up new vendors in the Accounting Program, and handling all internal & external customer inquiries regarding invoices and payments. In addition, the associate will assist with the Monthly Reconciliation of Time & Material expenses for month-end close and billing to customers, make necessary journal entries associated with the Month End Close if necessary and assist in Month End Close and Billing; and finally other duties as assigned.
