Position Overview:
- Manage a team of Staff and Senior Accountants.
- Provide a high level of commitment and customer service.
- Delegate workloads and motivate team members.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of accountants in preparing financials for various projects.
- Act as a liaison between the Client, property management, and the accounting team.
- Ensure Client requests are completed in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Prior management experience is strongly preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance with 5+ years’ experience.
