This role involves overseeing and resolving end-to-end employee lifecycle events across 80+ international jurisdictions, emphasizing an exceptional employment experience for Remote’s clients and their employees. Key responsibilities include managing modifications to Employment Agreements, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance, developing and updating global internal documentation, addressing inquiries on employment matters, and actively contributing to process improvements and automation. The role requires strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced, asynchronous, remote environment.
