Director of Payments

Banyan is seeking a Director of Payments to define and scale our payments strategy. This role combines strategic leadership with execution to expand revenue and optimize economics. You will shape the approach to embedded payments and fintech enablement, partnering with portfolio CEOs and CFOs to identify monetization opportunities and negotiate provider relationships. Responsibilities include establishing best practices, leading the development of the payments strategy, identifying new revenue streams, building relationships with PSPs, and guiding portfolio executives on go-to-market design. Qualifications include 10+ years in payments or fintech, understanding of payment infrastructure, proven success driving revenue growth, and strong negotiation skills.
