Finance Director

We are seeking a Finance Director to oversee all financial operations, including accounting, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) analysis, tax preparation, international tax compliance, QuickBooks Online (QBO) management, cash flow, and financial forecasting. Key responsibilities include financial management, M&A analysis, tax compliance, financial systems management, and cash flow and forecasting. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, a CPA designation in Quebec, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior financial management role. Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and knowledge of Canadian, U.S., and international tax laws are essential. Bilingual fluency in French and English is also required.
