Job Description
Sales Enablement & Pre-Sales Support:
- Develop and maintain technical sales assets, including reference architectures, battle cards, TCO models, comparison matrices, and use-case documentation.
- Own competitive intelligence and positioning, ensuring clear differentiation across all outbound content.
- Deliver pre-sales technical product presentations for strategic accounts and complex opportunities.
Product-Market Feedback & Marketing Collaboration:
- Capture and prioritize market requirements (MRDs) with Product Managers through customer engagement, sales input, and competitive analysis.
- Feed win/loss analysis and competitive insights from Customer Success into product roadmap decisions.
- Give briefs on customer pain points, competitive landscape, and positioning.
Qualifications:
- MSc or higher in Engineering (Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field).
- Proven ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business value propositions.
- Excellent technical writing and presentation skills.
