Business Banking Virtual Relationship Manager

About the Role:

• Manages a large book of business (400+ clients) in the $2-10MM segment.
• Involves significant outbound calling and driving new opportunities.
• Requires selling effectively in a virtual environment and leveraging technology.

Work Arrangement:

• While titled "virtual," the role is remote with some annual travel for team meetings.
• Must work from a quiet, secure home workspace; occasional in-office may be needed.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary range $75,000 – $150,000 depending on location and experience.
• Incentive eligible based on company, business, and individual performance.
