As a Merchant Services Sales Enablement Lead within PNC's Merchant Services organization, you will support sales teams. This role requires analytical skills to identify opportunities, optimize sales performance and drive impactful initiatives. Candidates should have experience delivering training programs that enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
Provides dedicated support for large, complex C&IB clients by implementing new products and services, analyzing requirements, gathering deliverables, and managing client relationships. Maintains procedures and offers tailored sales or consultative assistance to meet the unique needs of major clients. Analyzes and documents client requirements, identifies customization needs, and collaborates with service partners on decisions and implementation.
