Job Description
Client Financials:
- Maintain client project financials, including budget management, rate card maintenance, and billing rule setup.
- Collaborate with Client Accounting to ensure timely billing and compliance with client contracts.
- Assist with AR, WIP, Accrued, and Deferred analysis.
Revenue Reporting:
- Help manage and prepare revenue reporting on a weekly, monthly, YTD, and FY basis.
- Conduct revenue analysis and variance analysis to identify trends and discrepancies.
- Assist in preparing budget and forecasts for revenue.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the rest of the Finance team to ensure accurate reporting and financial management.
- Exhibit a positive, pro-active attitude and willingness to assist team members.
- Maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures.
