Client Finance Analyst

Client Financials:

• Maintain client project financials, including budget management, rate card maintenance, and billing rule setup.
• Collaborate with Client Accounting to ensure timely billing and compliance with client contracts.
• Assist with AR, WIP, Accrued, and Deferred analysis.

Revenue Reporting:

• Help manage and prepare revenue reporting on a weekly, monthly, YTD, and FY basis.
• Conduct revenue analysis and variance analysis to identify trends and discrepancies.
• Assist in preparing budget and forecasts for revenue.

Team Collaboration:

• Collaborate with the rest of the Finance team to ensure accurate reporting and financial management.
• Exhibit a positive, pro-active attitude and willingness to assist team members.
• Maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures.
