Job Description
- Project Management:
- Support projects through critical stages including feasibility scoping, due diligence, permitting, budgeting, and schedule development.
- Develop project schedules, monitor deadlines, and maintain organized project documentation for internal reporting.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members as needed and contribute to process improvements.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Manage relationships with local stakeholders, planning/zoning boards, state and federal agencies, and outside counsel.
- Prepare and submit permitting applications, track approvals, and ensure compliance with local land-use requirements.
- Coordinate site evaluations, technical data collection, and reviews with external consultants for environmental, civil, and land studies.
- Collaboration and Technical Acumen:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, legal, and finance, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, external consultants, and stakeholder relationships.
- Experience reviewing technical reports, coordinating site walks, and recommending actionable next steps.
