This role involves designing and leading cross-functional operational strategies to enhance efficiency and member outcomes across departments. Tackle high-impact, ambiguous challenges by identifying root causes and influencing decision-making at the leadership level. You will take full ownership of team deliverables and performance, mentor team members, and ensure alignment with departmental goals. A key responsibility is leading the execution of high-stakes programs, managing resources, timelines, and stakeholder alignment.
Capacity planning, driving cost optimization without compromising quality or growth, is also a critical part. Actively engage with stakeholders across Product, Clinical, and Commercial teams to shape strategic initiatives and improve operational workflows through data analysis. Requires experience in strategy, consulting, or operations, with proficiency in SQL, Looker, and advanced spreadsheets.
