Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical support to parents of children via the digital platform, assessing and resolving cases with appropriate follow-ups.
- Rotating shift coverage including evenings and weekends as part of 24/7 care.
- Communicate clearly and warmly through a digital chat interface in Portuguese.
Requirements:
- Medical degree (Mestrado Integrado em Medicina) and active license with Ordem dos Médicos.
- Current standing as a final-year pediatric resident or fully qualified pediatrician.
- Fluent in Portuguese and based in Portugal with a valid EU visa.
