Operational Resilience Program Manager Latam

A Resilience-driven Program Manager is needed to make an impact in a mission-critical and cross-functional tech environment. If you’re passionate about operational resilience, cloud infrastructure, and embedding business continuity at scale, this might be the opportunity for you. You’ll develop and maintain disaster recovery (DR) strategies that ensure compliance and stability for new product releases, collaborate with IT, Engineering, and Product teams to define and embed resilience requirements across digital transformation initiatives, and design and lead exercises and simulations to validate response capabilities and identify improvement areas. You will also drive cross-functional coordination of training and resiliency drills, conduct BIAs and TIAs, maintain and support tools for business continuity and resiliency planning, and contribute to audit preparation and compliance.
