Core Responsibilities:
- Direct technical workstreams across multiple concurrent Infor ERP projects.
- Manage scope, schedule, cost, and quality for cloud migrations and system integrations.
- Identify and lead efforts to resolve complex technical issues.
Client Engagement:
- Act as primary liaison between client IT directors, internal developers, and third-party vendors.
- Translate complex client business requirements into precise technical specifications.
- Support client training, adoption, and post-go-live transition.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
- Minimum 5+ years of direct experience managing Infor Cloudsuite implementations.
- Prior experience as a software engineer, database administrator, or systems analyst preferred.
Certifications & Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall project delivery models.
- PMP or PMI-ACP certification highly desirable.
