Role Overview:
- Own complex software implementations from kickoff to go-live, acting as the main bridge between internal teams and external clients.
- Manage a portfolio of 10 to 20 concurrent projects, balancing multi-system integrations with standard deliveries.
What You'll Do:
- Drive clear client communication, proactive risk mitigation, and team accountability to maintain strict 6 to 12 week timelines.
- Configure client applications using no-code flow builders and conduct rigorous quality assurance testing.
- Coach and mentor Associate and Project Manager-level team members to foster professional growth and team efficiency.
Requirements:
- 4–6 years of experience managing 10–20 concurrent software implementations, specializing in multi-product rollouts.
- Experience building standard SOPs and project templates that improved the implementation lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience deploying and troubleshooting beta or newly released products.
