Senior Manager, Corporate Accounting - GL

Lead and develop a high-performing General Ledger Accounting team, fostering a growth mindset, ownership, and a culture of continuous improvement. Oversee the monthly close for the general ledger, including journal entries, reconciliations, flux analysis, and related financial reporting deliverables. Set the strategy for automation and process improvements, streamlining GL operations, reducing close timelines, and leveraging scalable, tech-enabled solutions including AI. Strengthen internal controls and support SOX compliance, audit readiness, and documentation across all key processes. Act as a strategic thought partner across the business, collaborating with FP&A, Tax, Finance Systems, and operational teams to simplify and scale financial processes.
