Scale Orum’s engineering and product team and define what great hiring looks like. In your first 90 days, partner closely with our CTO and leadership team to double the size of the engineering team, while building the foundational hiring processes, sourcing strategies, and reporting rhythms that enable sustainable growth. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a strategic recruiter who can drive results fast while elevating quality and experience.
Own full-cycle recruiting for all EPD roles - sourcing, managing, and closing candidates end-to-end. Partner with technical leaders to define hiring needs, build recruiting plans, and drive accountability. Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top technical talent globally.
Build scalable recruiting foundations - including process improvements, reporting, and interview calibration. Deliver a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience that reflects Orum’s mission and values. Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on market trends, hiring velocity, and talent strategy.
