You’ll need to juggle multiple responsibilities and maintain strong follow-through without missing a beat. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate the physician’s daily schedule with precision, ensuring all appointments, tasks, and follow-ups run on time. Act as a liaison between patients, families, care teams, and referring providers—ensuring nothing gets lost in translation. Place orders for labs, prescriptions, and referrals, and follow up to ensure completion and clarity for all parties involved. Accurately document visit notes during calls or virtual appointments and maintain organized, timely chart updates. Manage emails, calls, documents, and tasks with a proactive mindset and impeccable attention to deadlines. Track ongoing projects, flag outstanding items, and take initiative to keep everything moving forward.
