We're looking for a JS SDK Engineer to own a core part of how developers talk to Supabase from JavaScript and TypeScript.
This is a library-authoring role, working in public repos with public issue trackers and permanent API decisions.
Ideal for someone who thrives in async, fast-paced environments and is excited about building developer tools that scale.

What You’ll Do:

Build and evolve our JS/TS SDKs, start new things, and work in the open by triaging issues and reviewing contributions.
Own the type experience, keep generated database types flowing correctly, and ensure SDKs work across all runtimes.
Work on realtime WebSocket connections, track platform changes, and design migration guides and public RFCs.

What We’re Looking For:

Expert-level TypeScript with generics, conditional types, and experience authoring a published library.
Open-source maintainer experience, npm packaging fluency, and a testing habit including unit and end-to-end.
Strong written communication, real autonomy, and comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced teams.
