Extensive Product Management experience , ideally in benefits, payroll, or HR tech , with a focus on API-driven and file-based integrations . Technically strong , comfortable with APIs, SDKs, and integration workflows spanning multiple domains (e.g., sourcing, enrollment, renewals). Analytical and data-savvy , proficient in SQL for validation, insights, and data strategy.
