Financial Director

We are seeking an experienced Financial Director to take ownership of our finance function, managing our outsourced provider while shaping long-term financial strategy. The ideal candidate will bring proven a strong FP&A background, M&A expertise, and the ability to act as a trusted partner to the leadership team and Board. Experience across both UK and US financial environments is essential, with the capability to oversee compliance, reporting, and investor relations across jurisdictions. This role suits an analytical and commercially minded leader who can operate both strategically and hands-on in a high-growth setting. Responsibilities include financial leadership, finance department oversight, FP&A, M&A, risk & compliance, stakeholder management, cash flow & capital management, and team & function development.
