Payroll Consultant

We are looking for a Payroll Consultant to lead the successful implementation of clients on our Deel local payroll system across the United Kingdom. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of payroll processes, compliance, and be able to guide Deel Local Payroll’s most important clients through the critical payroll onboarding process. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our payroll processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with our business objectives. Engage clients to understand their current payroll systems, business structures, and compliance requirements in the United Kingdom. Identify gaps and opportunities to optimize payroll delivery using Deel Local Payroll.
