Sales Sourcer (Contract)

As a Sales Sourcer at Fleetio, you will own top-of-funnel talent generation for Account Executive roles by building diverse and engaged candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing. You'll partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles, developing and executing outbound sourcing strategies via LinkedIn Recruiter, email sequences, and talent platforms. You will also track and analyze sourcing metrics to improve pipeline quality and sourcing efficiency, ensuring every interaction reflects Fleetio’s values and supports a diverse and inclusive hiring experience. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of sourcing experience for Sales or GTM roles in high-growth B2B SaaS environments, with a proven success sourcing SMB, Mid-Market and Enterprise Account Executives.
