Job Description
As the Senior Clinical Strategy Manager for Clinical Product at Headway, you will play a critical role in shaping our digital products and platforms by embedding clinical expertise into the product development lifecycle. You will partner cross-functionally with Product, Clinical, and Customer Experience teams to ensure our tools are safe, compliant, and designed to promote patient safety, clinical quality, and patient experience. Youβll bring clinical insight, research, and patient feedback to inform product decisions, helping to drive roadmap execution, documentation, and training. Youβll also support clinical quality efforts, including incident and complaint investigations, and contribute to Headwayβs quality improvement work.
This role requires strong collaboration, leadership skills, clear communication, and the ability to execute both independently and within cross-functional teams. Your work will directly support our mission to build a best-in-class digital experience that empowers clinicians to deliver high quality, effective, patient-centered careβat scale. As the only tech-enabled behavioral health Managed Services Organization (MSO) built entirely on in-house software, Headway is uniquely positioned to transform the clinical experience.
