Summary:
- Ensures completion and performs a variety of functions related to the administrative aspects of research grants and contracts.
- Works with a variety of clients, across all Brown University Health affiliates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years progressively more responsible experience in research administration.
- Experience with proposal preparation with federal and non-federal grants and contracts is highly desired.
- Experience using the InfoEd/Huron grants and agreements management system is highly desired.
Job Competencies:
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Power Point.
- Highly proficient in Excel applications (data manipulations); MS Excel and Google Docs preferred.
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) to elicit and disperse information.
