Summary:

  • Ensures completion and performs a variety of functions related to the administrative aspects of research grants and contracts.
  • Works with a variety of clients, across all Brown University Health affiliates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years progressively more responsible experience in research administration.
  • Experience with proposal preparation with federal and non-federal grants and contracts is highly desired.
  • Experience using the InfoEd/Huron grants and agreements management system is highly desired.

Job Competencies:

  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Power Point.
  • Highly proficient in Excel applications (data manipulations); MS Excel and Google Docs preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) to elicit and disperse information.
