What You'll Do:
- Deploy and scale our AI-agent infrastructure.
- Own observability end to end and define reliability metrics.
What We're Looking For:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience operating production infrastructure on a major cloud.
- Strong observability instincts and experience building metrics, traces, and logs.
Success Looks Like:
- Within 90 days, you've taken ownership of a slice of our infra and fixed a real bottleneck.
- Within 1 year, you lead infrastructure builds and the backend team ships faster because you've taken infra off their plate.
