Job Description

As a Quality Engineer, you will have the opportunity to improve our processes where necessary, implement clean communication between various internal and external systems, explore Conversational UIs, and help level up our growing team. Responsibilities include solving interesting challenges, taking ownership, collaborating with developers, product managers, and customers, understanding conversational designs, creating acceptance criteria for developers, working as an integrated member of a fully remote, cross-functional agile team, identifying, documenting, tracking and helping ensure resolution of issues, triaging customer defects, participating in regular team meetings, tracking time and effort, and creating automated tests.
