Job Description

Accountabilities:

  • Prepare, review, and file all SEC reports, including 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and proxy statements.
  • Draft high-quality financial disclosures, including footnotes and MD&A, ensuring clarity and compliance.
  • Partner with legal, investor relations, and senior leadership to align reporting with strategic objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA or progress toward certification preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in SEC reporting, public accounting, or financial reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations, and internal control frameworks.
