Key Responsibilities:
- Lead coordination between engineering teams, consultants, contractors, owners, and clients to define project scope and align technical requirements.
- Drive alignment of evolving owner and client inputs with design standards, budget targets, cash flow considerations, and early schedule milestones.
- Generate and own initial schedule for the project and track deliverables, timelines, and key milestones.
Candidate Profile:
- 7+ years’ experience in construction management, design, or relevant field, with 5+ years on data center/mission-critical projects.
- Proven ability to lead complex technical design discussions and build consensus across stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary range of $170,000 - $190,000 per year.
