Job Description
Support daily operations and ensure smooth administrative and accounting processes for a leading horticultural business. You’ll play a vital part in keeping the business running seamlessly while contributing to the continued success of a respected name in the horticultural industry.
Key responsibilities include daily bank reconciliations, entering invoices (700-850 per month), monthly accounts payable statement reconciliation, and using LoadScan and WeighTrax software to reconcile payables invoices. You will prepare the 20th-month payment report, respond to customer/supplier queries, process credit applications, invoice wholesale customers, and monitor outstanding balances. Generating financial reports, reviewing profit and loss reports, creating systems to record information, administrative tasks for accounts receivable, processing batch payments, and reviewing fixed assets are also part of the role. Additionally, you will complete fortnightly company payroll, including importing hours data, reviewing information, and adding staff expenses.
