Job Description

Work closely with sales leadership to design, implement, and optimize key processes that enhance the effectiveness of Samsara’s global sales organization. You will play a strategic role in supporting Samsara’s growth beyond $1BN in revenue by aligning people, processes, and technology to improve the pre-sales customer journey. This role will have a tangible impact on how our sales team operates, scales, and supports our customers across diverse industries. Partner with Senior Sales Leadership to develop and execute optimizations that result in efficiency gains and revenue capture for our sales organization. Be “the voice of sales”, leading cross-functional projects and initiatives to introduce new capabilities, processes, and improvements within the sales team. Prioritize and assess operational needs, creating a long-term roadmap based on business impact and feasibility. Optimize issue resolution for sales by monitoring support tickets, identifying trends, and ensuring resolutions paths are effectively used and executed. Identify key areas for improvement by leveraging operational measurements and analyzing data for actionable insights, in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices.
