Lead strong mobile engineering teams, partnering closely with senior staff engineers to drive cross-functional projects. Drive strategy and execution for core app surfaces while building frameworks that enable company-wide contributions. Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering leaders to guide and execute on the long-term direction of the Life360 application experience. Champion a culture of user obsessiveness, ensuring delivery of experiences that are intuitive, polished, and impactful. Balance near-term delivery of high-value features that iteratively work towards longer-term strategic initiatives. Drive operational excellence across systems, ensuring reliability, scalability, and observability. Build an engineering culture focused on high standards, rapid iteration, and delivering measurable member value.
