Product Manager

Wave is seeking a Product Manager to lead cross-functional teams with ownership of their domain, defining product goals and roadmaps based on user needs. The role involves driving user research, especially in-market across Africa, and writing design documents to facilitate decision-making. Over-communicating context and adjusting priorities based on feedback are crucial. You will holistically problem-solve through product features, operations tooling, or process changes while championing users. In this role, you'll own a product or feature, gather feedback, and prioritize the biggest problems blocking growth. You'll manage a small product team to rapidly iterate, gathering feedback and reaching more people. Wave provides a yearly $1,200 stipend for coworking meetups and expects remote team members to travel to operational markets quarterly. Benefits include health insurance, retirement contributions, six months of parental leave, and flexible vacation. The salary range is $142,200 - $181,400 USD, plus equity.
