Product & Experience Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Design: Lead end-to-end design for product initiatives across web and mobile, translating user and business problems into clear workflows and interfaces, creating prototypes, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience & Service Design: Map end-to-end user experiences, identify friction points, facilitate workshops, and design solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
• Brand & Marketing Design: Support engagement campaigns through visual design, maintain cohesion with brand expression, and contribute to evolving the visual identity.

Desired Experience:

• 3-5 years in design with strong communication skills and experience contributing to cohesive experiences across multiple products.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma and Adobe CC, and ability to build detailed design artifacts such as flows, journey maps, and wireframes.
• Preferred experience in healthcare delivery, designing for accessibility and health equity, and implementing design systems.

Compensation & Benefits:

• The base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000-$140,000 plus equity and benefits, with individual pay determined by location and other factors.
