How You'll Contribute:

  • Design Full-Funnel Attribution: Maintain a multi-touch attribution model that accounts for the complex P2P journey, including Web-to-App, cross-device, and referral loops.
  • Lead Server-Side Tracking (SST): Transition to server-side GTM or Segment to bypass ad-blockers and privacy restrictions, ensuring 100% accuracy in "Transaction Funded" events.
  • Manage Event Mapping & Taxonomy: Own the global event dictionary to ensure "KYC_Started," "KYC_Approved," and "Transfer_Initiated" fire consistently across iOS, Android, and Web.

Who You Are:

  • Data Intuitive: You don't take dashboard numbers at face value; your first instinct is to verify the tracking logic if a campaign shows unrealistic ROI.
  • Strategically Patient: You understand that in P2P remittance, the "First Transfer" can take days due to KYC or bank delays, and you map your attribution accordingly.
  • Operationally Rigorous: You treat the MarTech stack like a product, maintaining clean documentation and ensuring app code changes don't break automation.

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience in a fintech or regulated tech environment (Remittance, Payments, Crypto, etc.) with KYC requirements.
  • MMP Expertise: Deep experience with Mobile Measurement Partners like AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch.
  • Technical Proficiency: High proficiency in SQL for raw event data and Tableau/Looker for building real-time growth monitors.
