Technical Recruitment:
- Build and manage a high-caliber global pipeline across Full-Stack, AI/ML, DevOps, and Product.
- Conduct rigorous initial technical screenings to ensure candidates meet our bar before engaging with leadership.
- Develop a deep understanding of our architecture and roadmap to effectively position LumiMeds to senior and passive candidates.
People Operations and Strategy:
- Design and implement core People infrastructure including onboarding, global payroll coordination, compliance, documentation, and policies.
- Establish performance management systems that reward high ownership and measurable output.
- Partner with leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and compensation strategy.
