Job Description

As our Mid Market Sales Manager, you'll lead a distributed team of 8-10 elite Account Executives who own the full sales cycle for our most strategic customer segment. You'll be responsible for driving team performance, scaling our sales processes, and developing the next generation of sales leaders while reporting directly to our Head of Mid Market Sales. Purpose: Build, lead, and scale Eve's Mid-Market AE team to world-class performanceβ€”driving consistent quota achievement, elite talent development, and systematic process excellence that sets the standard for legal tech sales. Translate company strategy into clear team objectives, individual performance expectations, and actionable sales plans. Demonstrate urgency in removing blockers and solving problems that impact revenue.
