Job Description
The Senior Cloud Engineer, Cloud Services provides technical leadership to team members and customers, supports 24/7 data center operations, and contributes to improvements in processes and technologies in alignment with the ITIL4 framework. This role demands strong technical problem-solving skills, the ability to independently implement creative solutions, and strong collaboration across teams while juggling shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities include technical leadership, AWS Cloud & Windows Server Management, Network Management, Data Migration and Application Support, Backup, Disaster Recovery, and Incident Management, and Collaboration and On-Call Responsibilities. The role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience) and 5+ years of experience in managing and operating Windows Server environments, including 3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS ecosystems.
