Job Description
Build the auction/ranking platform for Ads Marketplace Quality that can scale with our ads business. There is plenty of room for guiding and setting technical vision that will have a huge impact on our business. You will own the execution of your team’s roadmap and be accountable for consistent and predictable delivery. You will coach Tech Leads on project management and empower your team to execute autonomously. You will identify risks and proactively communicate them both internally and externally.
You will help engineers identify career goals and create development plans to achieve them. You will constantly seek opportunities to push your engineers outside their comfort zone and turn followers into leaders. Work with your team to develop processes and tooling that constantly improve the quality of our products and systems, ensuring that they meet product requirements, customer needs, and SLAs.
