Responding to customer inquiries primarily via live chat or e-mail. Assisting with questions about orders, accounts, products, and deliveries. Using internal tools to resolve customer issues and guide them through minor technical problems. Communicating professionally and courteously in accordance with our client’s standards. Following established processes and quality guidelines and forwarding complex inquiries to the appropriate departments.
