Back-End Engineer

THE OPPORTUNITY:

• Back-End engineers build real-time systems at the intersection of systems engineering and AI.
• You'll design infrastructure for agentic workflows and a marketplace reaching tens of millions of users.

AS A BACK-END ENGINEER, YOU WILL:

• Build and operate high-throughput production services for AI agent orchestration, connector integrations, and real-time data pipelines.
• Design and build core platform services to allow systems to scale.
• Work across the Superhuman product suite and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 8+ years of back-end development experience with strong fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, and system design.
• Experience building and debugging production systems at scale on AWS or other cloud platforms.
• Fluency with AI coding tools and a deep understanding of CI/CD and infrastructure as code.
