The Account Executive (B2B) is an outside face-to-face sales role, reporting to the office only for specific business needs like training or team meetings. When working from home, a reliable internet connection is required and FIELDWORK supports remote work with cloud-based applications and collaboration tools. Responsibilities include maintaining and supporting existing customers, researching accounts, understanding customer needs, and forecasting business opportunities. Prospecting within an assigned list of accounts for new opportunities to sell hardware, software and managed IT services. Staying abreast of company and competitor products, pricing and solutions. Coordination of pre and post sales support to customers in assigned territory. Completing sales documentation and facilitating delivery of products. Promoting company image and products at business related events and preparing and submitting internal reports and account profiles as required. Focusing on prospecting and identifying Software solutions in existing and new clients.
