Tech Lead

Main Responsibilities:

• Work directly with the co-founders on priorities, execution, and technical direction
• Act as the glue between engineering and product, ensuring alignment across teams and parallel projects
• Lead greenfield projects from the ground up, building new products powered by LLMs and AI technologies

Additional Responsibilities:

• Provide technical mentorship and leadership to engineers on the team
• Plan and run engineering sprints to support predictable, high-quality delivery
• Stay hands-on when needed — coding, reviewing, and debugging complex issues

Recruiting & Growth:

• Recruit and build a strong engineering team, owning the hiring process end to end
• Support engineers’ growth through feedback, mentorship, and stretch opportunities
