Underwriter

THE ROLE:

• We are seeking an experienced E&S property and casualty underwriter to own a territory and drive profitable growth.
• You will work in a fast-paced, remote environment with a focus on production goals and service excellence.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Own new business underwriting across commercial E&S accounts, managing submissions, quotes, binds, and placements.
• Partner with carrier underwriters to shape underwriting strategy, coverage forms, and pricing parameters.
• Review portfolio performance with analytics and contribute front-line insights to improve our proprietary platform.

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Minimum 3+ years of E&S commercial property and casualty underwriting experience, with 5+ years in insurance.
• Strong technical underwriting skills, deep understanding of carrier appetite, and proven relationship-building ability.
• Confident, self-directed, and results-oriented with high digital literacy and adaptability.
